Refund policy

Amore, Gourmet Gelato Company, Pvt. Ltd. Refund policy

In the event something goes wrong, here is our return policy:

We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped to you.

You can email us at wecare@amoregelato.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/ wrong product.

We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.

After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.

We will initiate the refund after once the return is inspected

We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days.
